We want you to feel safe and confident in the water with Restube; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused gear within 30 days for a full refund. Please ensure all safety triggers and CO2 cartridges are intact and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the Restube device and all original accessories into the shipping box, ensuring the safety pin is secured to prevent accidental inflation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the device is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
